Our cakes are made with the finest ingredients and all cakes are made at the time of your order.

Our Jamaican Christmas cake (black cake) is made  with unbleached flour, sugar, butter, eggs, fruits, baking powder, spices, rum, & wine.

Our carrot cake is made with organic carrots, walnuts, pecans, raisin, unbleached flour, sugar, butter, spices, egg, and baking powder. The raisins used in this cake are soaked in wine and rum.

Whole cakes are 9 inches x 2 inches and are 2-3 lbs. (heart shaped)

or

Whole cakes 10 inch x 2 inches and are 2-3 lbs. (circular shaped)

For our custom cake orders, you get to choose the wine you would like in your cake.
