Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the item(s) we sell, we do not accept returns.
We do not provide cash refunds; however, we honor a onetime store credit, as a replacement for your damaged order. The store credit can be used towards the purchase of any other like item of equal or lesser value (on our online store). You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery of your item(s), for this option.
The credit will be what you paid for the item (only). Please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. If the item(s) you purchased excluded a shipping fee, you will have to pay a shipping/handling fee for your replacement.
Before your replacement order can be mailed out to you, you will have to pay for the shipping fees upfront.
